Hey Fordtrucks Have you ever noticed how offers on the ask disappear instantly if too much buying happens. Possible reason - askers withdraw their ligitimate offers to sneak back in at a higher price. Possible reason 2 - some askers are KWG opposers and they stack the ask to give the false impression that it is insurmountable in an effort to coherse other askers with week hands to give in to the ...more

Pear3, regarding solid material information would you predict being released 1st?  - I suspect it involves KWG patented gas reduction method to produce Ferrochrome in a solid state. I suspect most investors are anticipating news regarding the latest bid for Noront and something happening in the last days of Noront in a very positive way for KWG(which I also agree will happen) But what comes ...more

Question for the board?  If there are entities which would want to lease KWG patented reduction method for Ferrochrome in a solid state and maybe can't go head to head with BHP or Glencore etc yet believe that this technology is the future, wouldn't they possibly want an agreement contract with KWG to lease their technology for 10 -20 years, so an entity can't buy KWG and take ...more

personally gm i feel that it is an enviromentally friendly system first and no body should not have access hasnt it been researched with the help of goverment as a better means of smelting so enviroment first profits second.

Thanks fordtrucks  That's what they've done thought about environmental issues, energy consumption, reliability, capital costs. And KWG would love leasing it to as many entities as possible, other entities may think alike and some won't want to share this game changing technology with anyone. Rest assured it's worth a mitt full $$$.

They could put that in another wholly owned subsiduary, and when/ if an agreement happens to take out KWG then that would not become part of the takeover, like what they have done with CCC. If CCC is taken over by say BHP, then the Matawa First Nation would no longer be part of the route unless negotiated with BHP by KWG /First Nations ffor First Nation. It could get a little complicated but that ...more

startenout many options are available with KWG patented reduction process, but anyone taking a run at KWG will want the whole enchilada, and do with it as they please.

I agree GM, but they might keep their show pieces in in seperate show cases with a negotable price tag on each so to speak, this way they have more cards in their hand to play with.  look st Noront, if they had the ability to set Eagles nest asiide from their prospecting and future finds, i belive the starting bid for the whole Noront anchaladda would have been superior to even where they ...more

Hey GM I'm not sure which announcement will come first... the possibilities are but not limited to... and in no specific order - completion of Noront take-over by ??? - financial partner in the building of the rail veyor - off-take agreements with ??? for the building of the mine - off-take agreements with ferrochrome producer(s) for years to come - declaration from US gov wrt importance ...more

Thanks Pear3 for such a detailed breakdown on the dominoes which at anytime could fall, and once some fall many will. With the latest news in the ROF one tends to forget the other pieces making up KWG. Like I stated my belief is that news regarding the patents for processing Chromite into Ferrochrome all within a solid state and eliminating electric smelters. CanMet/Canadian federal government ...more
