This is a SOLID question.  Further to my previous post if you take a look a the bottom of the page the link sends you to you can submit any questions you have about the Northern Road Link EA...So, I decided to bite..and sent them my questions: In regard to the EA of the Northern Road Link will there be any studies to

From memory the ruling was kwg has the right to put a rail in their best interest on the right of way.

hey startenout, great question and very well articulated I must say. Please post their reply when you get it. Will they be able to legally discuss that topic? I have put alot of faith in the KWG management team and I know they each have deep individual roles that are verging on the same overall goal. Things are getting really exciting!!!

This type of thing is a MUST for community engagement for a TOR process to move towards EA to happen ... It must provide pros and cons with public input ... without providing then a EA can not happen notice the alternatives clause ? They need to provide or it isn't expected ... They now play by different rules and this has been taken over at a Federal level... The Feds get FINAL SAY
