I don't like the proposal to create preference shares as they will be ahead of the a shares in case of a wind-up. 

Special shares seems OK to me as does the subdivision of the MVSs.

Does anyone have concerns about the escalating salaries and stock options that Frank and his fellow directors are granting to themselves?  Seems a little steep for a company that has been floundering for the past 10 years.  It was at 0.01c until Noront started to move and seems to me that it has only gone up to 0.05c on the Noront news.  I haven't seen anything form the KWG camp!
