Potential Worth

How much could we potentially get per share based on Noronts deal with Wyloo. Wyloo values Noront at .70 cents per share with 462 million shares outstanding gives Noront a value of $323 million dollars. Kwg has 1.02 billion shares outstanding, for example if we get the same valution of $323 million that would give us .32 cents per share. Is this the best that we could hope for?
would like to hear your opinions.

the simple math would be 27 cents a single share but that will never happen because our valuation would easy reach a buck for buyout but allowing for a stink offer at 50 cents just my opinion glta

Chickendinner - I tried to start a similar discussion using the NOT valuation as a starting point.   The bashers came out big time - arguing KWG was worth $10B and then $4/share. Your assumption is a reasonable starting point - there needs to be a discussion of plus/minus considerations.  What is the value of the patent?  Does the potential rail line add incremental value ...more

I addressed this a long time ago. I said that although realistically it could go for a lot higher per share valuation, it would likely be taken out for somewhere in the ball park of .15-.30/share. Now having said that, if the share price stays at this price that would be realistic. If the share price can manage to break free from being held down (which is exactly what has been happening for some ...more
