Wyloo Metals and Noront are currently negotiating and finalising an Arrangement Agreement, which is a contractual agreement that specifies the terms under which Wyloo Metals will acquire up to 100% of the issued and outstanding Noront shares that it does not already own. Once the Arrangement Agreement is in an agreed form, Noront Resources will distribute an information circular to shareholders that details:
- The terms of the Offer;
- Instructions on how to vote in favour of the Offer; and
- Instructions on how to elect to sell some or all of your shares or, alternatively, to retain them in the new Noront.
Rest assured we are accelerating the process as fast as we can. All shareholders will be notified of how and when to vote and make their election and will also be provided with plenty of time in which to do so.
