LOU
With all due respect, cheap shares expensive shares or whatever, all shares are worth a $1.10. Wyloo did not pull a fast one on anyone, BHP and Wyloo could not come to terms( thank god) and now Wyloo served a $1.10/ share into BHP's court. Noront must acknowledge this bid and support it, as it is clearly a superior bid ( i believe they have 5 days to look it over and deem it superior). I am not s lawyer by any stretch , but I believe all parties have to play CLOSE to the OSC rule book. The ball is now in BhP's court and Coutts is probably talking to them as we speak to try snd figure out a way ( if possible) to discount Wyloo's bid. And if they can't come up with a plan then BHP has 2 choices, bid higher than 1.10 or simple walk away. Thats it

And this quote supports the last quote... Wyloo's Giacovazzi: "...this thing’s got three times the grade of Chalice with a huge number of tonnes already drilled out [which means the size of the reserves are better known]. It’s a no-brainer for us.”
