Hey Misty, hope this puts ur mind at ease, I'm with RBC, if I buy shares it comes up as RBC, if I buy them from another party who deals with RBC, it comes up RBC to RBC

WELL JC I had a terrific 4 day weekend with my son and grandson, fishing, boating and also attended my granddaughters 8th grade  graduation was a fabulous gathering...  Talk about a STRESS reliever, Man oh man. If you work for an entity that is involved with a company and you want to buy shares the least you cud do is use AN EMAIL/ACCT THAT DOES NOT TIE YOU TO THE BANK THAT IS MANAGING THE FINANACIAL MATTERS OF THE STK,  hydiot!!!  jmo  MB

I will try and explain this a little better Misty, if you have a quest trade account and you buy shares, the buy will show up as "quest trades" as the buyer. If the seller who sold you those shares has an RBC direct investing account RBC will show up as the seller. If both parties involved (buyer and seller) have an RBC direct investing account, they both show up as RBC. It's not ...more

Sorry but your explaination does not explain the market. Individual trades made by retail investors dont necessarily invoke a market trade. That is your dealer can fill or partially fill the trade with on hand inventory and that trade will never appear on a trading docket. Only institutional trades show up on the trading report. If they don't have on hand inventory, your dealer will execute a ...more
