I didn't read the entire thing either, as it is quite long and technical but i did get this iut of it. The Project is subject to a federal Impact Assessment (IA). Subsection 19(1) of the Impact Assessment Act indicates a satisfactory Impact Statement (IS) must be provided within three years of the Notice of Commencement of the IA, which for the Project occurred on February 24, 2020. Hey Lou, i know Kretch Ojard teamed up with Golder to produce a geotech report on the route. I had found the report many moons ago and remember seeing the Ogoki river crossing in it, but i cant seem to find it again and I don't have much time to search it out right now.  They sampled 90 water crossing from one end of the route to the other.
