Hey Caulk Liquor... Even though the press talks about Wyloo taking out Noront at a $650MM valuation or more, it really was not much more that $400MM as they acquired a 37% stake from RCF for peanuts before Noront went in play.   BHP lost because Wyloo played them, knowing that they had their 37.5% ace in the hole.   BHP’s top bid, gave Wyloo the price it needed to win it.  ...more

 Thank you Sperm Burp ..... past Noront shareholders know this as we were ( using the word were loosely ) shareholders until the Squeeze came from Wyloss - or should it be Myloss ???? Do you realy think we wanted to sell our shares for $1.10 ????  DUH !!!!!!!!   Most were hoping for between $30 to $50 per share which would have been correct - now welcome to the Canadian ...more
