Is Stan drinking the Coutter Cool-aid?    KWG has done more in the last year outside of the Noront Theft to drive forward to RoF development (Rail-Veyor scoping study, Cormoront Scoping Study, acquiring control of Black Horse from Fancamp to consolidate the asset, among other things), and zero mention... DIQ! He's fallen down on this one.
