Wyloo cannot begin mining process with KWG claims in the middle of their claims ?????

Nobody can mine anything in the ROF till either the goverment implements it or plan B Do it right/Moving Foreward /Let the owner of the land make the decitions. One thing is for sure... IF the ROF proceeds it will not ruin the land any more. In My Opinion
