I believe these transactions are the private placement.  There is a typo.  Dec 30/22 Frank paid $2.25 for 66,667 shares - this is the private placement of $150,000.  As part of the private placement Frank got warrants for 66,667 shares at $2.75. Agree it looks like he is loading up or at least adding to his already large position.

Miner 540, think your last post hit the bulls eye, those do apear to be the warrants from the flow through PP. nice to see its an accumulation position and not the reverse. If something was in the wind, as Greasemonkies had mentioned, ie news, i think KWG would be in a blackout period.  blackout period is a duration of time when access to something usually available is prohibited. Most likely gave himself or his wife or family member a gift of shares - The exemption in section 2.10 of National Instrument 45-106 Prospectus Exemptions allows a business to sell securities to persons or companies - other than individuals - provided that the acquisition cost is at least $150,000. This is how Frank gets paid in the future - maybe ???????

I would think that an action taken within a blackout period would be exempt from insider knowledge. His option had an expiration date...  good news is he decided to add to his already considerably large position. If he had any doubts he would have opted in the other direction. This gives me even more confidence good news is right around  the corner.  glta
