On January 16, 2023, the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada (the Agency) received an Initial Project Description for the Project from the Proponent. The Agency is currently conducting a 10-day conformity review to determine whether the Initial Project Description meets the requirements of the Information and Management of Time Limits Regulations under the IAA.

Thanks for sharing dragon, this is great news. They are staying on top of time restrictions and it just confirms that everything in the ring is being fast tracked through all channels of government. All this news coming in at once is going to take kwg to the next level!!!!

Yes, I's sure that the proposal for crossing the Attawapiskat will bring lots of chatter. A few hurdles, but this is looking very, very good right now.
