Everyone needs to relax - feels like there is some mis-information flowing around.

Reference page 33 of the Financial Statements which all shareholders should have received this week.  There are 5.9M KWG.A issued and outstanding.  TD has a sell order for 100K shares - which is 1.7% of the total shares.  Not a big percentage.

This sell order represents $275K - you can decide how significant this is.   The seller could be one of KWG's suppliers who were paid in shares and now needing cash or another shareholder who has a margin  call or needs cash.

Strange that KWG is on the verge of finding something significant and "they" would sell VOTING shares though?

All the shares are voting.  You can buy 100 shares of KWG at $0.03 - total cost $3.00 and get 100 votes. or You can buy 1 share of KWG.A at $3.00 - total cost $3.00 and get 100 votes. It is your preference to which shares you buy, but there is no difference if you are spending the same amount of money. Hope that helps with the confusion.

I believe those here don't understand the importance of Forrest Gump's WAE plant that has plans to open without their own supply of nickel ... Gump bought out Noront in hopes to supply such plant with in house nickel supplied via ROF ... We are all in the same boat wating to port!  But it does appear that KWG is on the move behind the scenes. I believe the ROF will get some traction this year with KWG making a bigger impact than WYLOO! But that too is just my opinion and .......that's just me!
