I'll never buy at 3.5 cents. It's not going to go up anytime soon, IMO. PENNY PACKERS have loaded the ASK. SO, I would put a bid at 3 or lower cause IMO, eventually some will get ANTSY and SELL like they always do, apparantly! IMO of course!
