1: He will bypass Neskantaga completely and use the contest of territorial against Neskantaga being out of their territorial rights / boundaries ... not needing their approval moving forward with direct natives

2: blinks and goes to Neskantaga for formal talks directly with Moonias ... face to face

How did you come to that conclusion Lou???? The only thing breaking is the lack of support for FORD....  MB...

The change to mining act is a Ford must have and Moonias just shoved into back into Ford's face ... Ford does not take kindly to criticism or those the show direct conflict to his wants ... look at the green belt and what he did with development friend circle ... you will see 1 of the 2 options play out and it would take much time to surface after Moonias rant

lou ur not looking at the WHOLE picture friend, jT is the one with the clout not the  province, Guiltbeault is still waiting for the province to submit its plan for opening the ROF. NO EA 's submitted for running the road from Aroland north, NO MATAWA FN AGREEMENT signed off by jT/Ford NO Prov/Fed agreement on funding said road.  That shud keep things quiet for a few more years
