Massively overpaid management???

To all of you who are complaining about the 'highly paid' KWG management team, the latest Management Information Circular says : "The following table sets forth all compensation paid, payable, awarded, granted, given or otherwise provided..." How do you know they have actually been paid?  Maybe they are owed the compensation.

If you are paying attention you would see that some of management has been buying stock, there has been very little if any selling, and some have NEVER sold a share of KWG.  News is sparse, not because KWG management isn’t working hard, but because strict continuous disclosure regulatory requirements by the OSC prevent them from telling you.

If you really want to see the stock move, why don’t you go buy some shares, and get your friends and neighbours to do the same, like Tony Marquis did when he came on board. As shareholders you are part of the company.  Stop whining and start acting like owners!  Ask yourself what can you do to help KWG succeed, and then go do it!!

Management really do need to step up, way up ...more

Lol, potato, potahto to your form of payment comment. Absloute BS, managers will be paid at some point irregardless. And to that they are very well compensated.  I have been paying attention, for far too long. Management at points have sold stock over and over in the time I have been invested. I have sold none!! I don't need you ( a paid schill imo ) telling me to buy more.  As for ...more

In the end somehow 9 comunities are in the Ring Of Fire. From Aroland to Webweque. They sit on a route/right of way that holds enough minerals to suprise the world. They know it. They have for longer than anyone wants to talk about would be my guess. So no fooling them but I would imagine since before the Treaty days and certainly after that the goverment now lacks the power they once had. So Yes ...more
