This guy is a Treaty Three member who is adjitating the Neskataga and several other smaller reserves to the north which are Treaty 9 Matawa FN's who will benefit from this project going forward. He is aiding Moonias and a couple of other Bands just to ;look like he is doing something good but in fact it is continuing to keep the Matawa FN's living in the squaller they have endured
