Why would high-end influential and connected people agree to buy stock at twice the present price or more AND provide value to the company... getting them without a discount would be a win, i think.

Et, I think ur confused. They bought in on options for kwg.a shares at market value of $2.65  is all good news. Read on to see the exercise share price for common shares that expire in 2026  the whole team opted to have an exercise price of $1.00 per common share  this is primed to explode, don't worry about bashing things right now to try and get it half a cent cheaper on the

2.65 is far too low... we all can pick that up now... but they have many years to option... so why would they buy in now... it's a rip off!!! I will offer consultation fir half that and I'm way knowledgeable with the Ring of Fire than CONrad.... dang what a bargain!!! Man!! Frank has no honour, IMO!!!!
