Also what is holding Frankie up from applying for funding to develop a commercial test run of the Patent. Oh l guess that is because there is no one in CaCa's upper echelon with the smarts to do it, wud have to be contracted out which would put it above the cut off funding  therefore no funding for KWG...  JMO...   MB...
