RBC- Fair value?

RBC rates this stock undervalued. The listed fair value has doubled to 6 cents since last week. Any recent material change we're not privy to? Or is it just a financial institution adjusting their values?
Insight would be much appreciated.

I wouldn't read too much into it. Login into your favorite trading platform and click research, analysis or whatever they call it. BMO has a 6 page document from Morningstar on CACR reminding me how much I'm down lol. duhCritic
