Ford at Empire Club today

Not a word about ROF or road. Only mention of roads was local to Toronto. Lots of tooting horn and spouting numbers and praising ministers. Some mention of building on nuclear energy. No reference to anything outside of Toronto. No wonder the rest of the country hates us.

The enviromental assesment would have to be completed before the announce the road from Aroland. This could happen either fairly quickly or more or less quickly. All we need is patience especially after that full moon LOL. GLTA ceptwhealzzz
