"Battle for control" of CTI (part of Fincanna portfolio)

According to this June 29 article, there is a "multipronged dispute" underway between two investors for control over CTI, one of Fincanna's companies. Anyone know about this? I haven't bothered to sign up to get access to the full article but it seems the article is more or less discussing that some of the lawyers have been disqualified. I'm more interested in knowing if there's any doubt in terms of Fincanna's level of control. I don't imagine so, I suspect that CTI has several investors but just curious if anyone here has any insights? https://www.law360.com/articles/1398827

I did a bit more Google sleuthing and wonder if this is all connected to the 2017 allegations against CTI's board. Might be a non-issue from Fincanna's perspective.

Hi there,   Long story short, these lawsuits were without merit, if not fraudulent. Fincanna has since restructured its investment in CTI, and there is no risk whatsoever that they lose their ownership in CTI. All those legal procedures slowed down CTI's progress a lot though, and surely impacted Fincanna's share price. CTI was planning to go public at some point through a RTO. If ...more
