24,724,000 Warrants expire Aug 20th at 5 cents
The company has said that they wanted $$$ to be able to do its drilling in Nevada.
We closed at 3 cents today.
If company puts out material news before August 20th, stock will rally and the 24,724,000 warrants will be in the money at 5 cents.
This will bring in $ 1,236,200 into the coffers, more than sufficient funds to start a drill program.
If you add a PP at 5 cents, then another $ 1,2 million so $ 2,500,000 in total or 50% of its market cap will be in CASH.
Matter of time before it rallies, add to it FREE SHARES from spinoff which is next to billion $$$ uranium company.
