It always takes longer. Now they say easement should be issued Q1 but it has taken longer than the company thought every time. If you go back to the video presentations, they thought the easement would be issued 3 years ago.
Kudos to the company for having Santander to execute while they wait and wait and wait. Let's hope they can make Santander profitable.

Isn't patience one of the 7 heavenly virtues? We're always short of one signature or else! Hope it's worth the wait and that the wait is getting near the end!

There was a twitter post today about them having a meeting with the ministry of mining. No specific mention of a signature...
