$CRVC completes NBPP

Junior gold mining company Cross River Ventures Corp. $CRVC/$CRVC.C announced late last week the successful completion of an NBPP for gross proceeds of $2.65 million.

Proceeds of the initial tranche will be put towards Canadian exploration expenses at the companies McVicar and Maskootch gold projects.

Following this announcement, share prices of $CRVC saw an 8.7% gain on Friday. With prices recently showing strong signs of a bottom at $.110, and relative volume seeing a high increase, it’s very possible that we’re looking at a reversal in the price action for $CRVC.
