Stock buyback

I was thinking about CRZ's announcement to commence bidding and buying their own stock next Tuesday as an investment opportunity. This is pretty much legal "insider buying" by doing it through the open market and letting everyone know about it ahead of time. They are literally telling us that they will buy because of what they know, yet some people were selling yesterday. Talk about short sighted trading. Is this not an investor's dream...? Am I missing something?

Yes you are correct. I loaded up on the news. Also 23rd of August financials for Q2 are released, expect 5-10x more revenue than Q1. This stock will explode sooner or later.
