The news release still says final docs need signing and board approval. So this is premature. Don't know why paperwork is taking so long.

For us as investors the important thing is that they started booking all the RVR revenue as of September 1. Board approval etc is just a formality. From press release: CannaRoyalty obtained control of RVR at close of business on August 31, 2018 and has therefore began consolidation of RVR's financial statements with CannaRoyalty's effective September 1, 2018.

yes indeed, just a few t's to cross at this point for the closing but most importantly, we will get a 1 month taste of the RVR revs for this qtr along with a full qtr of floracal revs. with alta and rvr pushing crz branded products and breaking monthly records...should be a fantastic qtr and a real primer of what crz is turning into - the market is definitely beginning to take notice!

Exactly right and with the asset sales we should expect net earnings as well again...not on the operating level but overall. Its possible we get positive EPS until Q4 and then it flips because of EBITDA on operations.....we'll see!

Amazing news about RVR. 25 million in revenue in 2017,and the now added ability to gain brand exposure...was waiting for this news since July! I agree that Q3 will be impressive and Q4 will be something else! I assume that they now own 70-80 percent of distribution in California....wow.

With a full quarter of River I'm thinking 15-18m Q3! That should blow the doors wide open on this thing! That's what I'm talking about! $12 by xmas is very realistic!
