"Can't be more financing" I agree, last time they halted was in April and at that time was about financing but right now they have money at the bank so I think it is not going to be financing (and I HOPE it is not financing)

Financing does seem unlikely but I wont be disappointed if they do raise money. They wouldn't do it unless there was a huge opportunity that they needed money to act on.
