And the funny thing is ...... there is no premium priced into them right now. If there were the requisite time value premium as well just think where they should be. Fyi check out canadianwarrants dot com and they crunch the numbers on what fair market value should be based on this time value. Not 100% given complexities of markets but .... :)

The no premium on the warrants is because they will be called in if the stock price stays over $8.00 for 15 days. The time value is basically 0.

They can be called but they do not have it be called. There is no advantage to Crz to call them .... they get $5.50 regardless. Depends on if Crz wants/needs the cash and wants to force redemption.

Even with today's $8.25 closing price the VWAP, according to TMX.com was $7.699 per share, so the clock has not even started to tick. GLTA.
