What's a Valuation OH Would Accept?

So we have suitors threatening a hostile takeover. Lustig told them to get lost.

But what valuation would/should he accept?

I would want to let this grow organically for a few years before selling out, perhaps around 50$ down the road, canopy style. If it had to be right now, definitely minimum 15$ IMO.
