Gotta say, a little disappointed by the price. They used Cresco’s high Friday close, but our 30 day VWAP? That’s apples and oranges......

I have to agree thorgb1, I was hoping for a bigger increase and was hoping we wouldnt be bought out for a while. Think I will be hanging on to the shares of CL for awhile and see what happens. They should jump on this news as well.Congrats to all longs and I really hope that this news caught some of the ones that have been dragging this SP with their pants down.

Interesting that the BId/Ask is stronger for CL than it is for OH. Not surprising given that they're trying to acquire our company for what most would consider to be a bargain price. GLTA

First out of the gate, based on the increase in CL SP, our return is now $13.31. Makes no sense why anyone would be selling OH for under $12. GLTA

there is no guarantee.   Have you looked at what Cresco Labs is worth?  don't see any financial statements on yahoo finance

True, I didn't mean that literaly, but as long as CL remains above 13.50 we are good last look around 15.00. I guess you have to believe in the US and especially the California market:) Any MJ is speculative...even the big 3 wich are on the edge IMHO.

Pretty sure our sp will fluctuate relative to how CL performs. Come June your OH shares will become CL. Might be wrong but i believe this is how it works.

Yeah, there’s not much to it. You can trade the stock as normal now, and when the deal closes your shares in OH will simply convert ath the prescribed ratio to CL.

Absolutely right. If the deal closed today, with CL worth $15, your OH shares would be worth $12.64 as they convert over. So unless you anticipate that CL is going to tank, as previously mentioned, it doesn't make sense to be selling OH in the mid $11's. You could also look at it a different way. We own OH because of its strong potential so if CL successfully completes the acquisition

 Question:    Will my OTC shares, (cnnrf) convert to OTC (crlbf) or will they convert to cl on Canadian market.? I hope not because  my  broker  dus not allow me to trade there. the market  where  all  those  cannabis  stocks  trade.
