This merger and resulting powerhouse will be the envy of the US market AND the canadian one. They have distribution on a massive scale in U.S. And CAN market. No brainer. Bashers will be out in full force shortly when they see what they have missed!

Lustig made it pretty clear in one of his interviews that Origin House was struggling with how to expand their platform into other markets. Instead of a series long drawn out aquisitions, and trying to build a complex web of distribution assets, Lustig essentially got his platform strategy into 11 states in one fell swoop.
