OH on a big run while Cresco is down. Are we approaching closing of the deal so the gap starts to fill?

That's what is going on...with Cresco worth 10,59$ and a deal of 1 OH share for 0,84 Cresco share. That values OH at 8,89$ per share...that's almost 25% upside in the short term
