Look at the numbers OH approx 100M shares which give OH MC of 500M
CL has 300M giving MC of 2.4 B.

the last quarter OH did 22M and CL did like 25 M. OH is generting close to the same revenue as CL. If this deal falls through it would be a blessing. The worst case is it goes through at a lower conversion but this action is all because of some wording which the shorters are jumping all over.

The only reason OH has dropped liike it has is because of CL

not to mention CL has so many side projects that there is definately more dilution coming. Whereas OH doesnt have any pending transactions just building there brand and distribution.
