Lustig would rob a begger if given a chance. I told you a long time ago that this guy cannot be trusted. I actually hope the deal falls through so I can remain short Lustig. If not, thanks Mark as you made me some nice cash.

Time to cover. The deal has to close, its simple. Cresco wants Cali exposure so desperately they were willing to pay a billion for it and OH can’t walk away because they don’t have the $44 mil cash to break the deal. Terms won’t change, they can’t.

And yet the spread has now risen to $2.17 because CL is up 4.5% so far today. There's certainly money to be made here but the question is when. GLTA
