Unlocking of Shares
So how many CL shareholders will now sell their shares beginning on 3 Dec? The answer is those who want to book what is probably a significant tax loss. The only ones who could book even a modest profit would be those who were in right from the beginning. As for everyone else, CL's SP was $9.25 at the end of last year and around $16.00 when the share unlock terms were announced on 28 May. So they have suffered along with us (and everyone else in the sector). If you think that the sector (particularly US based) will mount some kind of a recovery and you think that the prospects of a combined CL/OH company has good potential, then why would you sell at what may turn out to be at or near the bottom?
And once again today, CL is green and OH is red so the spread is now $1.23 which continues to leave me bewildered. GLTA

Thanks! You and me both yet still I am nervous to invest more into OH. I hate this feeling as the sector has me nervous when it shoudl be the opposite. I think I need a vacation. :) Mayham
