-He agreed to some shadey crypto deal forward selling future production ar stupidly low prices.
-He got a freeze on trading the stock during the biggest bull market of our lifetime.

Why are they still halted? Because of financials?  The only reason it's not trading is management doesn't want it to.  Hundreds of companies get their quaterlies and audited yearlies done, why is this so difficult for Canamex?  It just doesn't smell right.  Anyway isn't it their fiduciary duty to ensure a public company is in fact tradig as a public company
