Not only should he be removed as CEO, he should be personally sued by shareholders for breach of fiduciary duty. It's starting to look like the plan all along was to run the company into the ground and steal Bruner. Can anyone be this incompetant without trying?

Agreed.  There is a point at which incompetence becomes the harder conclusion to maintain.  The longer it goes on the less it looks like the Three Stooges trying to build a house.  IMO the CTO could have been resolved eons ago.  It appears they simply do not want it to trade, and that may be the lesser of two evils. It seems a better option to them than filing their ...more
