Service Provider Engagement

The Company also has engaged Arco Artificial Intelligence Tech Group Ltd. ("Arco"), an arm's-length party to the Company, to perform digital marketing services for a 12-month period. The Company has agreed to pay to Arco CAD 375,000 for the services.
