The property consists of approximately 29 patented mining claims and two patented mill sites, comprising approximately 228 hectares (565 acres). In addition, the property has approximately 28 unpatented mining claims which covers 230 hectares. The Clayton Silver Property includes the Clayton Silver Mine in the Bayhorse Mining District in central Idaho for lead, zinc, silver, and copper with minor gold. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary is CMX Gold & Silver (USA) Corp.

stay awayJan the Pres. is still adding debt of $100,000 a year for management on a company that does not do any exploration. He ands his family are slowly going to take the asset out of the company for themselves by converting debt. so sad, he would never pay anyone that amount other than for himself and family...sick.. poor shareholders will get NOTHING
