Bruce clearly calls out a non dilutive debt deal. This guy is a conservative banker in his past life at RBC. He wouldn't say it if they didn't intend to do it. It must be close. Once it is completed then the acquisitions in Nevada begin bolt on retail outlets to their seed to sale platform. This will complement the previously announced organic 2X expansion of the grow operations.

Thanks Mutt. You seem to be the guy in the know here. That guy sounds like the real deal (not the typical hype/BS you get in the sector) as he actually talks about the cost of capital. Real management talent is actually important, especially so when you are operating in a highly regulated and highly taxed business. Thanks for the link.
