muffet99, no disrespect here but first if you are talknig about this equity which i believe you are let's get the facts right. The first fact you are wrong on--perhaps it was a typo is that this had a 2-1 reverse split not a 3-1 (consolidtation). the second fact you are wrong on is the volume.
