Same shiii all the time...get a contract...man up or quit..stop feeding off shareholders and no more of this garbage...we need a contract...it has been 3 years.  If u cannot do it then quit..

I agree  with you.They have good news which leads to bad news  to the shareholders Maybe we need bad news  to make shares to go up in price.Wishful thinking.
