(CSE:ELEM)(OTC PINK:ELMGF)(FSE:7YS) ("Element79 Gold", the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has fully closed on an asset purchase agreement (the "Asset Purchase Agreement") acquiring the flagship Maverick Springs Project ("Maverick Springs") and 15 additional Projects that comprise the Battle Mountain Portfolio (individually, each a "Project", and collectively, the "Battle Mountain Portfolio"), located in the gold mining regions of northeastern Nevada.

I So good that the stock price moved up the following day, before resuming the drift downward. Was the share price as high as it was only because few if any retail investors had shares yet? Was there a "stock promotion" that combined with temporarily restricted share availablity resulted in a higher share price than the fundamentals would have justified? I don't know, but I would ...more
