Blueberry Lake Fraud

This is the company that owns or used to own Blueberry lake club house (not sure if Bankrupt yet but a lot of facebook discussion seems to think they are in fact bankrupt). 

There was a 5min video on the Gatineau news about people paying for a cottage but when they arrived, the club house and area around are abandoned. Massive fraud and it was happening to a lot of people according to the posts all over Delma/blueberry lake facebook, trip advisor and Google reviews.

I'm shocked this company is still publicly listed but maybe its just taking awhile for bankruptcy proceedings???

I did a lot of reasearch on this and found out the following:  Delma Group bought the Club House and adjacent land as a development opportunity from the original developer of Blueberry Lake as the original developer was in financial difficulties.  The property management companies contracted by the individual cottage owners who are marketing cottage rentals continue to advertise ...more
