Potential payout

90% of the arbitration proceeds will go to the CVR holders of which Trex is the major holder. Assuming the award is $500 million shareholders will receive $50 million, based on 106 million outstanding shares shareholders would receive about 42 cents US or about 55 cents CAD. Add in the costs of reimbursed Trex loans and we would receive about 65 cents CAD.

Of course most of us have some CVR so that is due us as well. That is just a rough calculation. New Investors may pump the share price higher and the award.may exceed my guess of $500 million minimum. I cannot wait for the arbitration award amount,

Well Tired. EOM was well aware the request to itemize costs is a normal last stage requirement. Surely that report was prepared some time ago and will be lodged quickly. Since Colombia lost the arbitration no doubt they have to eat their costs. I have no idea how long it will take the tribunal to announce the award but should not be long unless they have questions. As I understand any Trex legal ...more
