I just checked the timetable of the ICSID order.

Until that day at beginning of October Colombia has to send its reply to the tribunal. And then should start the final round of the marathon ( a hearing if wanted by one of the parties and at least a decision by the tribunal).

All said, if there will not happen a resonable solution in time outside of the ICSID about our issue...

Thanks Sailor. Would you know what is the expected timeline for final judgement in both scenarios (i.e., in the scenario either party wants a hearing or in the scenario ICSID goes directly to judgement). Thanks.

Hi NC, unfortunately the ICSID had still not published the text of its latest Procedural Order, which may or may not give any hint about how long the the whole arbitration will last. So we are well above the 2016 average of 3.6 years and let  us hope, that we not get into the top 5 of ICSID cases. In 2016 the top five lengthy cases started with 6.3 years... (see said article). At least ...more

This may be a stupid question but: after the arbitration is complete and the award issued, does EOM still own the property. I doubt we can be evicted and given to a third party! It still has significant value going into the future. WILL we still own it, that is the question. Simple answer is yes I think.
