Sorry, keep messing this up.

it should be 23% on the first CVR tranche and 67% on the second for 90% of the award amount to CVRs, leaving 10% of the award amount to shareholders. if and only if my figures are correct, or close. Help someone!

NC, thank from me as well for your work, you share with us. About posting a picture here I can describe you my method. All said as a Linux user which I am. But I do think it should work in Windows as well. I use the picture upload service    imgur.com I open that imgur web page. From my file browser I drop the image file adress into the imgur box offered on their webpage. I ask imgur ...more

Thanks for info. May be I now need to "register / sign in" on the imgur link (what I did not do this time), so that the picture appears directly in the posting.  In older times such a sign in was not needed and imgur uploaded pictures worked directly in the Stockhouse posting. Or Stockhouse has made some kind of change. I will give a new try  with a sign in into the imgur ...more

So anyway, the way i see it all those that did not participate in any of the cvr's will most likely have to bend over and basically be the big losers  Many have paid anywhere from $1 to $8 and more.Imagine all those years up in smoke.....Hope i'm wrong.  At any rate good luck to all

I am unable to post my table in xls (help!), but meanwhile here is how I think the waterfall works:  1. First in line are notes holders + their interest payment. This could be $150M +/- 2.
