Thanks Natural

Thanks for your hard work on the arbitration possibilities. Obviously, we will have to wait to see what happens once the award announcement is made. There should be a decent spike in the share price we just have to wait for it.

Yes, totally agree that there should be a spike. Though, given the waterfall, it would be non linear to the payout amount. As per my calculations, if the amount going to 'company' form the payout waterfall translates into share price 'distribution', then at (1) $250M = $CA0.13 SP, (2) $500M = CA$0.38 SP, (3) $750M = CA$0.38M SP - does not change given the nature of waterfall, (4 ...more

Thank Natural.  What was your #3 SP calculation?
Comment by NaturalCurrency on Mar 05, 2023 11:10pm
#3 Scenario: Payout = US$750M, distribution as per the following:  a. $150M to Notes, Loan, Indemnity b. $460M to CVR + MIP (as per waterfall - lesser of (i) $460MM and (ii) max entitlement of claim proceed (90%) after deducting (a) c. $30M to the  company, I am assuming shareholders d. $110M to CVR + MIP (as per waterfall, upto the max, which is $600MM: 90% of $750M-$150MM ...more

Thank you for the detailed description.  In your above calculations for SP in scenerio #2 and #3 you had the same SP per share number. Just as an FYI Regards, Nota

Yes, that's because of the way waterfall has been set up - company / shareholders get the same amount at $500M and $750M. It starts to accelerate for shareholders after that, though.

Does this work out differently fi you are only a participant in CVR 1 and not both?
Comment by NaturalCurrency on Mar 06, 2023 1:04pm
Overall waterfall does not change, of course a person's share will change depending on his share of CVR (which is contingent on how many CVRs he took part it).
